Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 cup
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Corn flour - 1 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 cup
Steps
- Take a pan and heat with 2 tsp of gee.
- Add carrot and fry until 5 mints and take out.
- Add corn flour and fry it 2 mints.
- Add badam powder.
- Add coconut and 2 cups of sugar
- Add 1 cup milk and mix it.
- Cook for 5 mints.
- Add 1 cup ghee and cook until 10 mints.
- Add cardamom powder.
- After cooking Transfer into another cup . wait few mints for eating.
