Incredents
- Apple - 1 peeled off & cut into slices
- Dates - 4 to 5 soaked in water for 15 mins, seeds removed
- Milk - 250 ml boiled & refrigerated
- Palm Sugar - 1 Tspn
- Honey - 1 Tspn
Methods
- First blend the dates with palm sugar by adding little dates soaked water.
- Later addthe apple slices and blend it finely.
- Now add the refrigerated milk and honey 1 tspn.
- Blend it again to a smoothie.
- Now take a refrigerated glass and coat the inner side with honey and pour the cool milkshake in it and serve cool.
