Cloves – 8 , Cinnamon Stick – 3 Cardamom – 5, Bay Leaves – 2 Star Anise – 1, Mace – 2 Black Stone Flower/ Kalpaasi - 1 Tbsp Jeeragam/ Cumin Seeds - 1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds / Sombu - 2 Tbsp Pepper Seeds - 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds - 1 Tbsp Chilly Powder - 2 Tbsp Mutton - 1 Kg Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp Small Onions - 1 Cup Garlic - 1/2 Cup, Ginger - 1/2 Cup Green Chillies – 3 Seeraga Samba Rice - 4 Cups Oil - 1 Cup , Big Onion - 1 Cup Tomato - 1,Chopped Ghee - 3 Tbsp , Curd - 1 Cup Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp Coriander and Mint leaves Required Salt

Methods
  1. Take a incredents to make masala
  2. Take a mutten in kadai and mix with masala add required water then cook it.
  3. Small onion, garlick and ginger to blend all to make paste.
  4. Take a rice and placed in cooker add already cooked mutten add paste add required water and salt.
