Ingredients

100 grams paneer 1 tbsp maida 1 1/2 tbsp rice flour 1 1/2 tbsp corn flour 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp soya sauce a pinch of red color powder 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt

Methods

  1. Cut paneer into small size rectangular pieces.
  2. Take all the ingredients, except paneer, in a bowl.
  3. Add enough water, mix well and make a smooth batter.
  4. Toss paneer pieces in the batter until evenly coated.
  5. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Heat the oil and deep fry the paneer pieces, turning over both sides.
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a kitchen paper.
Now paneer 65 Yummy crispy ready!!!
