Ingredients
100 grams paneer 1 tbsp maida 1 1/2 tbsp rice flour 1 1/2 tbsp corn flour 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp soya sauce a pinch of red color powder 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp saltMethods
- Cut paneer into small size rectangular pieces.
- Take all the ingredients, except paneer, in a bowl.
- Add enough water, mix well and make a smooth batter.
- Toss paneer pieces in the batter until evenly coated.
- Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat the oil and deep fry the paneer pieces, turning over both sides.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a kitchen paper.
Now paneer 65 Yummy crispy ready!!!
