Incredents
- Egg - 3
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Salt needed
- Onion - 2
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Briyani masala - 2 tsp
- Green chilly - 5
- Cashew nuts - 10
- Curd - required level
- Oil needed
- Pasmati rice - 1cup
Steps
- Take a hard boil eggs and broken the shell and keep ready in a boul.
- Add garam masala, ginger, garlick paste and salt mix it.
- Coat the eggs above mixed masala. Then heat the oil and fry the above mixture.
- Take rice wash and soak in water 45 minits.
- Heat oil and add the incredents and staue till it turns golden color.
- Add salt, garam and briyani masala, ginger,garlick paste, turmeric powder, mint leaves and curry leaves.
- Cook it medium flame then add 1 1/2 cup water and add pasmati rice.
- Then cook it and fainally rice comes soft add hard boiled eggs gently.
