- Milk(full fat) - 1 liter (4 cups)
- Sugar - 1/4 - 1/2 cup
- Badam,pista,cashew - each 1tsp
- Saffron - 10 strands
- cardamom powder - 1tsp
Steps
- First boil the milk for 10 minits.
- Then decrease the stove flame to sim.
- To prepare 2tsp of cashew nut powder.
- Add the nuts and cashew powder.
- Mix it well.
- Add the saffron and cardamom powder.
- Cook it like milk comes hard state.
- Then rest in freezer let it cool.
- Serve it and few nut top it.
