Ingredients
- onion - 2 cup (chopped)
- carrot - 1/2 cup (chopped)
- cabbage - 1/2 cup (chopped)
- potato - 1/2 cup(chopped)
- maidha, wheat flour - 1/2cup
- garam masala, chilly powder
- cumin powder - 1 tsp
- salt and oil - needed
Steps
- Take a bowl add the wheat and maidha flour.
- Add 2 tdpp of oil and salt.
- Mix it well until softly.
- Heat the pan with 2tsp of oil.
- Add chopped carrot,cabbage and potato.
- Cook it for 5minits.
- Add the garam masala, cumin powder, chilly powder and salt.
- Cook it well.
- Then add the fresh chopped onion and mix it.
- After 30 minits.
- Make a samosa sheet.
- Cut the samosa sheet like triangle shape.
- Roll the sheet put in side the cooked ingredients and fold three sides.
- Heat the pan with 150ml oil.
- Add the samosa and fry it until golden color.
- Then serve it.
