Ingredients
- mushroom - 20 pieces
- onion - 200 gm (chopped)
- ghee, salt and oil - needed
- bay leaves - 2
- cinnamon stick - 1
- cloves - 3
- ginger & garlic , garam masala, chilly powder, and turmeric powder - needed level
- fennel seeds - 1tsp
- tomato - 2(blended)
- pasmathi rice - 2cup
Steps
- First wash and clean the mushrooms.
- Cut the mushrooms 4 pieces.
- Heat the pan with 2tsp of oil and ghee.
- Add the bay leaves, cinnamon stick and cloves.
- Add onion and mix it well.
- Then add the ginger & garlic , garam masala, chilly and turmeric powder.
- Add the tomato blended.
- Then add the mushroom and cook it 10 minits.
- Add water for 1 cup rice = 1.5 cup water.
- We add 2cup rice so 3 cups water added.
- Then add the 30 minits soaked rice 2cup.
- Add curry and coriander leaves.
- Cook it until all the water absorbed and rice 100% done.
- Now serve it.
