Ingredients
- paneer - 200gm
- onion and tomato - 2
- chilly and turmeric powder - 2tsp
- butter - 6tsp
- salt,sugar - needed
- ginger - 1 inch
- garlic - 2cloves
- kasoori methi - 1tsp
Steps
- Now heat the pan with 1 tsp of butter.
- Add the chopped onion and tomato.
- Add ginger 1 inch and garlic 2 cloves.
- Cook it for 5minits.
- Add the above masala in mixer jar and blend it well.
- Now heat the pan with 4tsp of butter.
- Add the above blended masala and 200 gm paneer pieces.
- Add chilly and turmeric powder.
- Cook it for 7-8 minits.
- Finally add tsp kasoori methi and 1tsp butter.
- Now serve it as side dish for nnan,chappathi, poori and parotta.
