Incredients
- Rava - 1cup
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- maidha - 2 tsp
- Chilly, onion - 1
- Curry leaves
- Salt and water needed
- Curd - 2 tsp
Methods
- Take a boul.
- Add 1 cup rava and rice flour.
- Add 2tsp maidha flour.
- Add 2tsp curd.
- Add chopped chilly and curry leaves.
- Add pepper and mix it well.
- Add water and salt needed.
- Rest for 15-20 minits.
- Add chopped onion and mix.
- Take a pan then heat. Now make dhosai.
- Wait for crispy state and 1tsp oil top it.
Now yummy crispy rava dhosai ready!!!
