Incredients

• Rava              -           1cup
• Cashew nuts, raisins    -   few
• Sugar        -        1&1/2 cup
• Gee            -          4 tsp
• Water       -         2 cups

Methods

1. to make this kesari i haven taken 1 cup rava.
2. we need to roast nicely in gee to get best kesari.
3. before roasting rava, lets roast some nuts.
4. melt 2 tsp of gee in a pan.
5. add cashew nuts and raisins roast until golden.
6. see it aside.
7. now in the same pan lets roast the rava.
8. rava should nicely roasted until golden color.
9. add 1tsp gee. and add rava.
10. roast it on medium heat.
11. transfer it to the place.
12. heat water, 1cup rava will need2 cups of water.
13. add the roasted rava and mix it well.
14. add sugar gradually and mix it.
15. next i am going to add some orange food color to get color.
16. finally add 2tsp gee and roasted cashew nuts and raisins.
17. then serve it

Now yummy sweety rava kesari ready!!!
